Finding Your Way Through Lexmark's Support Site

Lexmark's technical support main page is well-laid out and includes a variety of resources, including warranty info, parts (for enterprise-level devices), publications, driver and other software downloads, and lists of service providers. It does not have a search box, which would have been handy and might cut out some extra clicking. If you're not looking for a printer driver, or a publication, but want to try to solve a tech problem, the Technical Support link on top of the left column will probably be the best place to go.
