Guide Review - Lexmark E120n Monochrome Laser Printer
For networking, the only major difference in the setup is putting an Ethernet cable into its port instead of a USB cable, and the other end into your hub or router instead of your computer. Install the driver from the CD, and every computer on your network will be able to see and print to the device.
Putting the Lexmark through its paces, I noticed some mild streaking on solid images when printing out photographs, but then that's to be expected with most any printer of this class, and besides, printing images is probably not why you'd buy a monochrome laser printer. (For text printing, though, it's ideal -- the Lexmark text was sharp and clean. -Barbara Krasnoff) However, if fast, good quality, economical printing is your goal, and you have limited space in your workplace, this is an excellent choice.
