Reviews of Epson All-in-One Printers

I've had excellent experiences with Epson printers--very few clunkers and a huge number of great printers. It's hard to go wrong with Epson, but take a look at the reviews you'll find here so that you can find the right machine for your needs.

Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4630 All-in-One
Epson's WorkForce Pro WF-4630 All-in-One Printer, a PrecisionCore AIO with faster print speeds and a lower cost per page, CPP, than inkjets and lasers

Epson WorkForce WF-7610 All-in-One
Epson's PrecisionCore fixed printhead WorkForce WF-7610 all-in-one (AIO) printer delivers laser-like print speeds and competitive cost per page, CPP.

Alternative Printhead Inkjet Printers
HP PageWide and Epson PrecisionCore fixed printhead printers match and exceed laser printers in speed and cost per page savings.

Epson WorkForce WF-3640 All-in-One Printer

Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4590
Epson's high-volume WorkForce Pro WP-4590 all-in-one, or AIO, inkjet printer is fast, has high print quality, and a very low cost per page, or CPP.

Never Load Paper Again!
The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4540 offers a lot of features for busy offices, in particular an extra paper tray that beefs the printer's paper capacity to 580 sheets--that's more than a ream of paper. Built-in wireless and duplex printing add to the printer's value, as does a fax.

Slow But Steady
The Epson WorkForce 845 All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer comes loaded with lots of extras that make it useful for a small office as well as for home users. It's rather large and, except at draft speeds, fairly slow. End results look very good, even if they do take a long time to come out.

Epson Artisan 810 All-in-One Printer
The Epson Artisan 810 is at the high end of all-in-one line; but for the price, it delivers a great value. It prints very quickly and photos in particular come out with startling quality and richness. It's got all the handy bells and whistles you could hope for, from built-in wireless to automatic duplexing. And the printer's enormous (7.8-inch)...

This "Small-in-One" Printer Has a Big Heart
The Epson Stylus NX430 Small-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer is indeed small--it weighs about nine pounds and measures 15.4" x 11.8" x 5.7", so it will fit almost any desktop with room to spare. For well under a hundred bucks it offers some nice features, such as wireless connectivity, printer and scanner, and automatic photo correction. It is...

Epson WorkForce 60 Color Inkjet Printer
The Epson WorkForce 60 is a bare-bones color inkjet printer. It has very good print speeds at normal quality (and laser-like text at high quality printing), with handsome prints and very good photo quality. Wireless 802.11n is built in, as is a duplexer. Otherwise, you won't find any bells or whistles on this Epson Workforce.

Epson Artisan 835 All-in-One Printer
The Epson Artisan 835 color printer is the next level above the Artisan 810. Like the 810, it prints quickly with good results; photos in particular come out excellent. It features built-in wireless, an automatic duplexer, and has a great, large (7.8-inch), tiltable touchscreen that makes it very easy to use. With six ink cartridges to replace, its cost of ownership will likely be high. Still, the results are excellent.

Epson Artisan 800 All-in-One Inkjet Printer
The Epson Artisan 800 is a fantastic all-in-one printer that works across a network (or via USB). Images, documents, photos, all looked great thanks to the Claria ink cartridges. Too bad it doesn't come with a duplexer.

Epson WorkForce 635 All-in-One Printer
The Epson WorkForce 635 all-in-one inkjet printer certainly offers a lot to small-business owners (as well as home users who use a printer a lot and who need a fax). It's fast, has plenty of built-in business features such as an automatic document feeder and duplex printing, and has a fax, scanner, and copier as well. Wireless (Wi-Fi n)...

Epson NX625 All-in-One Printer
The Epson Stylus NX625 is basically the same printer as the Epson Stylus NX515, with built-in duplexing and updated WiFi. It's awfully cheap as well--I've seen it online for just over $100, which is what the NX515 used to cost. As always, you can count on photos having excellent color depth and being dry when they come out. The NX625's built-in...

Epson WorkForce 610 All-in-One Printer
The Epson Workforce 610 offers a lot of printer for under $200. It has fast print speeds, with text and graphics looking good and photos with sharp colors. Built-in wireless and automatic duplexing make it appropriate for home and small businesses. The tiltable touchscreen is cluttered and there were some issues getting wireless to work. Bottom line: You can't go far wrong here, but with so many printers in Epson's various lines, you can probably find a better deal (Artisan 810, anybody?).

Epson WorkForce 600 All-in-One Printer
The Epson WorkForce 600 All-in-One Printer is a great resource for "micro-businesses" though its ink tanks seem to empty fairly fast.

Epson WorkForce 520 All-in-One Printer
Like the Epson Workforce 610, the Workforce 520 color all-in-one printer offers a lot of printer for not much money. It prints very fast and leaves text and graphics looking good; if anything, photos fare even better, but take a long time to print. An automatic document feeder and built-in wireless make it a good bet for home and small businesses, while the single paper input and manual duplexing…

Epson NX515 All-in-One Printer
The Epson Stylux NX515 is a very fast all-in-one printer. It comes with WiFi networking built in and can do pretty much everything that much bigger and more expensive all-in-one printers can do--but it does them without taking much space, or too much cash. Photos have excellent color depth and print quickly. For the price--just over $100--the NX515 is a best bet.

Review of the Epson Stylus NX515 All-in-One Printer
The Epson Stylus NX515 is the at the high end of the Epson Stylus NX family. It's more expensive than the others but is fast (Epson calls it "the fastest printer in its class") and offers easy-to-set-up Wi-Fi (wireless) printing.

Epson Stylus NX415 All-in-One Printer
The Epson Stylus NX415 is near the high end of the Epson Stylus NX family. For less than $100 it offers a large color LCD (Epson says it's the largest at this price) as well as multiple media-card slots.

Epson Stylus NX400 All-in-One Printer
The Epson Stylus NX400 all-in-one offers a low price and decent printing features.

Epson WorkForce 310 Color Inkjet Printer
The Epson WorkForce 310 offers great quality photos and near-laser-quality text printing. But there are a lot of excellent printers in this price range that do much the same.

Epson's New Printer Provides Excellent Results
The Epson Artisan 837 is a color inkjet all-in-one printer that offers copying, scanning, and faxing capabilities. Duplex printing and wireless are built in, and there is an automatic document feeder and a separate tray for photo paper. It excelled in all the tests I threw at it, and is highly recommended.
