Tomy's New Digital Camera with Built-in Printer

When Polaroid released its PoGo printer this summer, it seemed the dawn of a new age of instant-print cameras. Now Tomy is offering a new digital camera with a built-in photo printer, using the same technology (ZINK) as the PoGo. The Tomy xiao is a 5.0 megapixel camera with a 4x zoom and a 2.48" color LCD. It prints using 2x3" sticky-back ZINK paper. There are a lot of sample images at Takara Tomy's site, but you'll need some Japanese skills if you want to read more about this camera. According to ZINK, the camera will be released in Japan on November 28; no word yet about when it'll hit the streets in other countries. But I'm looking forward to that day!
