Kill Those Printer Popups!

Tuesday November 11, 2008
The constant barrage of balloons unleashed by Windows--change your password, connected to wireless network, and on and on--can drive a person crazy. One of the worst, I think, is a balloon notification letting me know that the document I sent to the printer was sent to the printer...and then it just sits there for what feels like forever. Getting those balloons popped is not always the simplest of tasks, and that's why I'm grateful to the folks at AppScout (brought to you by the editors and analysts at PC Magazine) for giving clear and simple directions for eliminating the printer balloon forever.
