We've all had those days when a printer, scanner, or any other piece of technology has given us grief. When those problems arise that no amount of technical support, Googling for an answer, or leafing through the manual can solve, I'll admit to being ready to take out my frustration on the machine itself, no matter how useless, counterproductive, or expensive that solution may be.
