Kudos to Kodak for scoring high points from users on the reliability and quality of its printers. It edged above Canon, HP, Brother, and Xerox in a comprehensive survey conducted by PC Magazine. Canon was still tops in users' minds in terms of reliability, with Dell and Lexmark falling behind.
