Printers: The Best, and the Worst

Kudos to Kodak for scoring high points from users on the reliability and quality of its printers. It edged above Canon, HP, Brother, and Xerox in a comprehensive survey conducted by PC Magazine. Canon was still tops in users' minds in terms of reliability, with Dell and Lexmark falling behind. PC Magazine's The Best (and Worst) Tech Support in America collected nearly 20,000 reader responses.
