Recycled Printers: A New Twist on Green Printing

Tuesday May 27, 2008
HP Deskjet D2545, from recycled materialsTill now, "green printing" has been focused on recycling ink and toner cartridges, saving paper by printing on both sides, and otherwise being mindful of how printer resources were being used. But according to the Sustainable is Good blog, which looks at an array of green products, HP is releasing a new printer that is made up of more than 80 percent recycled plastic. Even the inkjet cartridges are made from recycled plastic!
