Although I've recently heard complaints about the quality of their tech support, on the whole, I've always recommended Dell as a good place to purchase PCs, especially if you don't have the tech background to build your own. These days, Dell is expanding out from PCs and offering printers under its own name. A good example is the Dell Photo All-In-One Printer 964; it's a reasonably priced all-in-one that includes standalone fax, an automatic document feeder, an LCD, and text quality up to 4800 x 1200 dpi. Not a bad choice for a home office or small business.
