Enterprise Networking Planet has an article explaining how companies can save money by instilling printer quotas -- accounting systems that track what is being printed, and who is printing it. This enables companies to limit the number of pages an employee can print -- and, as a result, prevent employees from using up valuable color ink in printing invitations to their six-year-old's birthday party.
