Epson Goes To Court

Yet another printer company is going to court in order to try to hold on to the substantial profits that result from cartridge sales. Seiko Epson is suing two companies that manufacturer replacement cartridges. The charge? Patent infringement.
According to Seiko Epson, the lawsuits are not part of an effort to stamp out third-party cartridge manufacturing.
